Our services include personalized matchmaking, compatibility assessments, date coaching, and ongoing support throughout the introduction process.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using our services under any applicable law.
When you apply for membership, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your membership. You agree to:

• Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-subscribe.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email info@firstsparkcollective.com.
• Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any service. You may revoke consent at any time.
• Carriers supported: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As a member of First Spark Collective, you agree to:
• Treat all matches, staff, and other members with respect and courtesy
• Attend scheduled introductions and appointments, or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Not share confidential information about your matches with third parties
• Not use our services to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or materials
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
Certain membership tiers and services require payment. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing members before any changes take effect. Free membership in our database does not require payment.
All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of First Spark Collective or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. First Spark Collective makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, compatibility, or outcome of any match or introduction. We do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner through our services. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Spark Collective and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to First Spark Collective in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Spark Collective and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
